Character Description by :

CHIAKI:

Chiaki Chiba is a 12 year old elf of the mystic forest.
A princess and she is known as the Elf of four seasons.

Although she has the power to manipulate one season from the other, she cannot change it totally. Meaning even if it's winter, she cannot change it to spring or to any season. All she can do is bring a certain season to a certain town or make a localized rainstorm or thunderstorm or even snow to a person, by making tiny seasonal clouds on top of them and follows them until they learn their lessons or if Chiaki is kind enough to disperse the clouds.
She does this to punish misbehaved people.

One of Chiaki's ability is the ability to heal wounds. But of course, she cannot revive dead people or animals.

She loves flowers and forest animals. And has the ability to revive dead plants and control them. She can also talk to animals.

She has a pet baby dragon. A majestic and cute white dragon that will protect her when it grows into an adult.
The dragon is no larger than a full sized watermelon.

Chiaki is very cheerful elf child and is always willing to help other than its own race even if her Father strictly forbids her to mingle especially with humans.
